1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zenith application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zenith for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

• Zenith Premium is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zenith is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Zenith.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
